 After earning her medical degree, Dr. Sharma completed her residency at Prince George’s Hospital in Maryland, where she served with distinction as Chief Resident. Board certified in Internal Medicine since 2008 and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, she has built a strong foundation of clinical excellence and professional leadership.

In her current role, Dr. Sharma provides concierge medicine, focusing on enhancing the patient experience through highly personalized care. As the VMA Director of Chronic Care Management, she plays a vital role in supporting aging patients and individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring they receive comprehensive, coordinated, and compassionate care.
